omg, i haven't been posting for a whole week already. ok, here's what i did in the past week and what i plan to do in the next week..
i went to school on monday for my group meeting to discuss what who's gonna bring what and stuff like that, our performance for bbq nite and to design and paint our group flag. my group's bingo. oh, for those who don't know, this group i'm talking about is for my school's SJAB annual camp.
i went back to school on tuesday for the same reason, but i left school at 12.30 and went to lavender cos my seniors were bringing me and my squadmates to buy stuff for camp. i didn't know the trip to lavender only takes 30 minutes, so i reached lavender at 1. i got off at the wrong bus stop, so i had to walk a long way before i reached the MRT station. i wasn't familiar with the place, and at one point of time i even thought i was lost. i got to the MRT at 1.10, so i decided to eat ice cream outside. the second earliest person was angie, who reached at 1.40. we waited a while more, and in the end only 7 people turned up. we didn't have enough money, so we only bought a few items in bulk, and i ended up paying for most of the stuff. i never knew my seniors were so good at bargaining. we paid $23 for something that was supposed to be $25! we were sitting outside keypoint settling 'money issues' when my father came down and waved to me. he works there. i wanted to wait for him so we could go home together, but i ended too early. since i had a lot of time to spare, i decided to take 67 all the way back to CCK from lavender. the whole journey was about 1 hour. i don't know why, but i like to take the bus instead of MRT. i could have taken MRT all the way back to Yew Tee, but i like to look at the scenery while taking the bus, so i took 67. while we were buying stuff, a shop owner told us that someone had fainted and asked my seniors to go over to take a look since we're from SJAB, but my senior jessica said, "不可以啦，等一下害死他" we all started laughing. the NCOs should never know about this, if not they'll kill us.. haha!
on wednesday i slacked at home.. haha, there was nothing else to do. on thursday i was forced to go back to school again, this time in the afternoon to settle the dance steps. btw, we're doing dance for the bbq nite performance and we're using kelly clarkson's behind these hazel eyes and another song i think, cos our performance is supposed to be about 10 minutes.
friday was the best. i went to lot 1 to watch Over The Hedge with xinyi, huiyi, alfred, andrew, eric, clive, yong ruay, jun ying and jie ying. that andrew ar, never check the time properly, tell us the show is at 12.45, but when we went there at 12.15 we found out the show's at 1.15, so we waited for an hour, partly for some people and also for the show to start. i was supposed to leave at 11.45, but i woke up at 11, and i took my own sweet time, so i left at about 11.55. the show was super funny! i love hammy! i think he's so cute, especially when he acted rabid. i think verne is really cute, but his voice somehow just doesn't really match his looks. it was super cold in the cinema, but i managed to 'ren' and even almost finished my medium coke. we weren't supposed to bring outside food into the cinema, but me, alfred and andrew sneaked gummies into the cinema and started passing them around once the lights were off.
after the movie we decided to be healthy for once and instead of fastfood, we ate more filling food at the foodcourt. xinyi, andrew and alfred took really long to decide on what to eat. they went a few rounds around the foodcourt but couldn't decide on anything. finally andrew and alfred came back with food, but xinyi still couldn't decide on what to eat. well, she ate paper prata in the end. it was kinda funny looking at xinyi eat her prata. she didn't know how to start, so alfred poked her prata(it was in a cone shape). she saw someone tearing the prata apart, so she did the same. we all couldn't stand looking at the way andrew was holding his chopsticks wrongly, so i set out to teach him the correct way. but as usual we failed. xinyi even took a video of an exasperated me trying to get andrew to hold his chopsticks the right way. we(or rather they, i was laughing at them) started playing with the food. alfred tore a big piece of paper prate and threw it on the table. then he picked it up and threw it on andrew's beef, so andrew didn't dare to eat it anymore. we told andrew that he was in ncc now and needed a bit more nutrition, so we gave him huiyi's leftover rice and made him eat up huiyi's kimchi and ikan bilis. andrew got so freaked out he didn't dare to touch his food after that.. eric took clive's watery egg yolk(oooh, i love that) and threw it on the tray, and when clive finished his food, eric threw it back into the soup and mixed it up, so the soup turned murky and disgusting.
after that we went to breadtalk to buy bread(of course). after that huiyi, junying and jieying were nowher to be found. i guess they couldn't find us.. we went to mini toons because xinyi wanted to buy shoelaces to match her sport shoes. i think she bought yellow laces in the end, when she wanted something cute, apparently. we split up at the interchange. xinyi and the boys took 307, while i went to take 302. why doesn't anybody take 302 with me??
i went for a checkup at HPB today, and found out that my condition didn't worsen, so i'll just have to go back for the next checkup in 6 months' time. i was supposed to go for cell, but i didn't know whether there was cell, and my friend only replied at 3.55, 5 minutes before cell starts, so i didn't go in the end. i got bored and started uploading stuff on 6a1 kidz. hye guys, go check it out. there are a few new messages there, mostly jokes.
i'm supposed to go for Inspire 06 tomorrow, but until now i still haven't been told about anything regarding that, so i don't know whether to go tomorrow. i'm still kinda pissed. it's not like we don't wanna go, it's that they don't tell us anything! i don't have to go to church cos there's no children's ministry cos of church camp.
on monday i have to go to school at 9.15 to give out the mugs, collect money for yellow rope and mugs, pay for the other items and collect my items. at 10, i have to go put down our group's stuff. for me it's mainly the scoop and the canned food. then at 12.30 i have to go to jiawen's house for FAFF comm meeting, which ends at 4. i'll have to try to find my way there from school.
i'll probably try to start doing my homework on tuesday. on either wednesday or thursday i have to go back to school for the last group meetin before camp. i might wanna go for another movie, if i have enough money and if i can find people who wanna go. i wanna watch X-MEN! and shurui if you're reading this, STOP TELLING US ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED IN THE MOVIE IN THE GUESTBOOK! don't spoil the fun!
i'll have to start packing my bag for camp soon, if not i'll go crazy the day before camp. i really hope camp will be fun! ok, gtg now. i wanna go watch tv. i'll try to post more often! bye!
